Booking

Can I come on my own?

Yes. You book one spot, not a court. Your captain balances every court by level, so you'll play with and against people near your standard and change partners through the night.

What does the price include?

The court, balls, a captain running the game and your result on the season table. There's no membership fee and nothing to pay at the venue.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund. After that, you can pass your spot to a friend at the same level from your booking.

Levels

How do levels work?

We use a scale from 1.0 to 5.0. 1.0 means you've never played. 2.5 is a regular who can keep a rally going. 3.5 plays off the glass and has a reliable bandeja. 4.5 and up plays competitive tournaments. Pick your best guess when you join.

What if my level is wrong?

Your captain can move you between courts on the night, and your level updates automatically after every game.

On the night

What should I bring?

Trainers with a flat, non-marking sole and some water. If you don't have a racket, tick the box when you book and your captain will bring a spare.

What happens during a game?

Arrive fifteen minutes early to check in. After a short warm-up you play fifteen-minute rounds with a new partner each time. The top four play a final, then the results go up. See a game minute by minute.

What if I'm running late?

Text your captain using the number in your booking confirmation. Courts are set after the warm-up, so arrive by the start time to play the whole game.
